To mark Saint-Étienne’s Biennale Internationale Design, the Greenhouse association staged a production line on its premises. The pop-up factory invited artists and designers to create objects from plaster that would be sold exclusively during the event. It was also a nod to local heritage, to the city’s special relationship with the manufacturing industry.
